ON HIATUS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
Serendipity Men is geared to small group study, discussion and conversation pertaining to how Bible scripture relates to our contemporary living.
Serendipity Men, named after the study Bible they use, began in 2007. It is geared to small group study, discussion and conversation pertaining to how Bible scripture relates to our contemporary living. The group meets on Tuesdays at 3:00 pm in Room 113/114.
The Serendipity Men hold a pancake breakfast the second Saturday of each month from 8 am to 10 am in the Fellowship Hall (THE PANCAKE BREAKFAST IS ON HIATUS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE DUE TO THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC). Since its inception, nearly 9,900 breakfasts have been served. The nearly $42,000 raised at these breakfasts has supported the group's missionaries, The Sanctuary and Grace House, and Nature Coast Ministries, as well as various individual needs within the community, keeping in mind a quote from John Wesley himself that our men's group take to heart:
Do all the good you can,
By all the means you can,
In all the ways you can,
In all the places you can,
At all the times you can,
To all the people you can,
As long as ever you can. ~ John Wesley
